مارس 2021: نظم برنامج دعم الحوار السياسي الاجتماع الشهري الثاني لفريق مشاورات شباب بذمار لشهر مارس خلال الفترة 20-21 مارس 2021 ، تحت عنوان “القضايا المجتمعية وأثرها على المجتمع وما هي الأدوارالتي يمكن أن يلعبها الشباب؟ وكان ايضاً الهدف من الاجتماع مراجعة مسودة خطة العمل التي تم تطويرها خلال الاجتماع التأسيسي الذي عقد الشهر الماضي وتأكيد تقسيم الأعضاء إلى ثلاثة فرق (فريق سياسي وأمني ، وفريق اقتصادي ، وفريق اجتماعي) من أجل البدء في تحديد القضايا التي تهم الشباب في ذمار وذات العلاقة بكل فريق. كما هدف الاجتماع إلى تزويد الأعضاء بتدريب خاص على تحليل “سوات” في تحديد الجوانب المرتبطة بالتحليل ، وكذلك تحديد احتياجات الأعضاء من التدريبات خلال مسار البرنامج لعام 2021. كما تضمن الاجتماع الشرح للأعضاء حول ما يستلزمه مفهوم العمل الجماعي ومبادئ كتابة المحاضر من أجل تعزيز مستوى فعاليتهم وإنتاجيتهم ومهاراتهم في كتابة التقارير الجيدة
March 2021: The Political Dialogue Support Programme (PDSP) organized the monthly meeting of Dhamar Youth Consultations meeting for the month of March during the period 20-21 March, 2021, under the title, “Societal issues and their impact on society and what roles to be played by the youth. The aim of the meeting was to review the draft action plan developed during the foundation meeting held last month and confirm the division of the members into three teams (political & security team, economic team, and social team) in order to commence determining the issues of interests to the youth and Dhamar, and of relevance to the theme of every team. The meeting also aimed at providing the members with a special training on SOWT analysis in defining the associated aspects of the analysis, as well as to define what the members needs of trainings during the course of the program for 2021. Also, the meeting included explaining to the members what the concept of collective work, and principles of writing minutes entail in order to enhance their level of effectiveness and productivity as well as their skills in writing good reports, respectively
