مارس 2022: نظم برنامج دعم الحوار السياسي اجتماعًا شهريًا لمجموعة مشاورات عدن خلال الفترة من 22 إلى 23 مارس 2022 في قاعة اجتماعات منتدى التنمية السياسية في عدن. وعقد الاجتماع تحت عنوان “تفاقم الأزمات في مدينة عدن وانعكاساتها على الحياة اليومية للمواطنين”. وكانت أهداف الاجتماع كما يلي: إطلاع المجموعة على أهم نتائج أعمال وأنشطة الاجتماع السابق، مناقشة أهم المستجدات والأحداث وتداعياتها وتحديداً على مدينة عدن وعلى وجه الخصوص على حياة المواطنين لينعكس ذلك في عمل المجموعة فيما بعد، مراجعة تقرير التقييم الشامل لمجموعة “العلاقات مع المجتمع المحلي” ، وتقرير التقييم الشامل للتقارير الفنية الصادرة عن تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية للمجالس المحلية في ثلاث مديريات (صيروة ، خور مكسر والمعلا) وعقد لقاءات حوارية مع رؤساء وأعضاء هذه المجالس لاجراء مباحثات حول الوضع العام وأولويات القضايا وأهم المشاكل على مستوى هذه المديريات، وإثراء تلك النتائج والمخرجات بالرأي العام والأفكار ووجهات النظر. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان الاجتماع يهدف إلى طرح مقترحات وتوصيات إضافية في الإطار العام للعمل الرسمي للمجموعة ، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالمواضيع والقضايا التي تم تناولها في المناقشات العامة ، وكذلك فيما يتعلق بالمجالات الفرعية وأنشطة المجموعات الفرعية الثلاث خلال الفترة القادمة. ومن أهم النتائج التي اتفق عليها أعضاء المجموعة ما يلي:عدم عقد مؤتمر صحفي لإطلاق كتاب الرؤية الأول للمجموعة، “رؤية للنهوض بالوضع في مدينة عدن … ديسمبر 2018 – ديسمبر 2019” ، وفقط الأعضاء يعملون على توزيع نسخ من الكتاب على الشخصيات المختصة والجهات المعنية، تم تأجيل اجتماع أبريل إلى بداية مايو 2022 ، على أن يعقد اجتماع مايو بالقرب من نهاية الشهر، وتسمية ثلاثة أعضاء من المجموعة لإعداد المسودة الأولى للرؤية الثانية للمجموعة تحت عنوان: النهوض بأوضاع مدينة عدن 2020 – 2021 ؛ من خلال مراجعة المواد التي تم جمعها من الأعمال الرئيسية للمجموعة والأنشطة الفرعية للفرق الثلاثة خلال العامين الماضيين: 2020-2021 ، على أن يتم تجميعها خلال شهر رمضان المبارك
March 2022: The Political Dialogue Support Programme organized the monthly meeting of the Aden Consultations Group during the period from 22 to 23 March 2022 in the meeting room of the Political Development Forum in Aden. The meeting was held under the title “Exacerbation of crises in the city of Aden and its repercussions on the daily life of citizens.” The objectives of the meeting were as follows: informing the group of the most important results of the work and activities of the previous meeting, discussing the most important developments and events and their repercussions, specifically on the city of Aden, and in particular on the lives of citizens to be reflected in the group’s work later, reviewing the comprehensive evaluation report of the “Relationship with the Local Community” group. And a comprehensive evaluation report for the technical reports issued by the implementation of field visits to the local councils in three districts (Serah, Khor Maksar and Al Mualla) and holding dialogue meetings with the heads and members of these councils to hold discussions about the general situation and priorities of issues and the most important problems at the level of these districts, and to enrich those results and outputs with opinion general, ideas and points of view. In addition, the meeting aimed to put forward additional proposals and recommendations within the general framework of the official work of the group, especially with regard to the topics and issues that were addressed in the general discussions, as well as with regard to the sub-areas and activities of the three teams during the coming period. Among the most important results agreed upon by the group members are the following: Not holding a press conference to launch the group’s first vision book, “A vision for advancing the situation in the city of Aden … December 2018 – December 2019”, and only for members work to distribute copies of the book to the competent figures and concerned authorities, the April meeting was postponed to the beginning of May 2022, with the May meeting to be held near the end of the month, and the nomination of three members of the group to prepare the first draft of the group’s second vision under the title: Advancing the conditions of the city of Aden 2020-2021; By reviewing the materials collected from the main works of the group and the sub-activities of the three teams during the past two years: 2020-2021, to be collected during the holy month of Ramadan
