مايو 2022: نظم برنامج دعم الحوار السياسي اجتماع مجموعة مشاورات شباب تعز خلال الفترة من 18 إلى 19 مايو 2022. وخلال الاجتماع ، عقدت جلسة مناقشة حول مكافحة العنف وخطاب الكراهية بمشاركة 10 شخصيات اجتماعية وأكاديميين وإعلاميين حيث تمت استضافة متخصصين وقضاة لمناقشة العنف وخطاب الكراهية في مدينة تعز وأسبابه وآثاره. وكان الهدف من اللقاء في اليوم الأول ((جلسة نقاش)) الخروج بمبادرات وأنشطة للحد من العنف وخطاب الكراهية في المدينة. وفي اليوم الثاني للاجتماع ، كان الهدف مناقشة آخر التطورات في مدينة تعز، وبناءً على المناقشات في اليوم الأول ، خرج الأعضاء بمقترحات للأنشطة ذات الصلة ، بالإضافة إلى إطلاق حملة للتعريف بالمجموعة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي. ومن أهم نتائج الاجتماع: إعداد التوصيات والمقترحات لمكافحة العنف وخطاب الكراهية في مدينة تعز، كتابة مسودة ورقة عمل حول مناهضة خطاب الكراهية والعنف والتي اعتمدتها جامعة تعز كمقرر دراسي لطلبة الإعلام، تبني بعض الأنشطة لدعم رفع الحصار عن تعز وإعادة فتح الطرق. وإطلاق المنصة الإلكترونية للمجموعة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ؛ إطلاق الحملة التعريفية للمجموعة عبر وسائل التواصل https://www.facebook.com/TYC2022 : الاجتماعي
May 2022: The Political Dialogue Support Programme (PDSP) organized the Taiz Youth Consultations Group during 18-19 May, 2022. During the meeting, a discussion session on combating violence and hate speech was held in participation of 10 social figures, academics, media professionals and judges were hosted in order to discuss violence and hate speech in the city of Taiz and causes and effects of that. The goal of the meeting on the first day ((discussion session)) to come up with initiatives and activities to reduce violence and hate speech in the city. On the second day of the meeting, it aimed to discuss the latest developments in the city of Taiz, and based on the discussions on the first day, the members came up with proposals for related activities, as well as launching a campaign to introduce TYC on social media platforms. The main outcome of the meeting include: Preparing recommendations and proposals to combat violence and hate speech in the city of Taiz; Writing a draft working paper on combating violent and hate speech, which was adopted by Taiz University as a course for media students; Adopting some activities to support lifting the siege imposed on Taiz and the re-opening of roads; and Launching of the TYC’s electronic platform on social media outlets
