يونيو 12-13، 2022: قام أعضاء لجنة شباب ذمار بتنفيذ مبادرة حول التنمية الزراعية والتمكين الزراعي بعنوان “ازرع بيتك” خلال الفترة من 21 إلى 23 يونيو 2022. هدفت المبادرة إلى تحسين وضع المستهدفين في تقليل احتياجات الأسر من الخضروات التي ستزرع داخل منازلها، بالإضافة إلى غرس الوعي المجتمعي بأهمية الزراعة المنزلية ودورها في تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي من الاحتياجات النباتية اليومية. وتشمل النتائج الرئيسية: توزيع أكثر من 7300 شتلة على الأسر المستهدفة، توعية أكثر من 550 أسرة حول الزراعة المنزلية؛ كما تبرعت السلطة المحلية بـ 26000 شتلة طماطم لحملة لجنة شباب ذمار، كما أن اثمار شتلات الفلفل في المنازل دليل للعناية بالمواطنين المستهدفين حيث شاركنا بعض المستهدفين بصور شتلاتهم مباشرة بعد الزراعة وبعدها عند النمو وتواصل معنا العقال وبعض أولياء الأمور معربين عن عمق الأثر الإيجابي للمبادرة وتعزيز العلاقة بين السلطة المحلية ولجنة شباب ذمار دليل على التأثير الذي يلعبه الأعضاء في ذمار
June 21-23, 2022: Members of the Dhamar Youth Committee Group implemented an initiative on agricultural development and agricultural empowerment entitled “Plant Your Home”, during the period 21-23 June, 2022. The initiative aimed to improve the situation of the targeted families to reduce their needs of vegetables that will be grown inside their homes, in addition to instilling community awareness about the importance of home farming and their role in achieving self-sufficiency in daily vegetable needs. The main outcomes include: Distributing more than 7,300 seedlings to the targeted families; Raising awareness among more than 550 families about home farming; The local authority donated 26000 tomato seedlings to the Dhamar youth committee campaign; Fruiting of pepper seedlings in homes, a guide to take care of the targeted citizens as some of the targets shared with us pictures of their seedlings immediately after planting and later on when growing; Al-Akel and some parents communicated with us expressing the depth of the positive impact of the initiative; and Strengthening the relationship between the local authority and the Dhamar Youth Committee is evidence of the impact the members play in Dhamar
