يوليو 2023: نظم برنامج دعم الحوار السياسي الاجتماع الشهري لفريق الدعم الاستراتيجي في 15 يوليو 2023. وقد تم تنظيم الاجتماع تحت عنوان: “قراءة لتطورات مسار عملية السلام” “، حيث خصص اللقاء لمناقشة التطورات على الساحة المحلية والإقليمية والدولية المتعلقة باليمن، ومدى تأثيرها على توجهات عملية السلام في اليمن”. وتمثلت الأهداف والغايات الرئيسية للاجتماع في إبداء أعضاء الفريق وجهات نظرهم حول آخر التطورات والأحداث التي تشهدها عموم اليمن خلال الفترة الأخيرة وما يؤثر على اتجاه ومسار العملية السياسية. وفي إطار ذلك، هدف الاجتماع إلى الوقوف على ما يراه الفريق أنها إجراءات ممكنة لتخفيف المعاناة الإنسانية للمواطنين، وإجراءات تعزيز الثقة بين أطراف النزاع للعودة إلى عملية السلام، وآليات تقاسم الموارد السيادية وتقاسم الموارد السيادية وإدارة المرحلة الانتقالية. وتضمن النتائج الرئيسية للاجتماع قراءة في آخر الأحداث والتطورات التي تشهدها اليمن، من وجهة نظر أعضاء الفريق، ومدى تأثيرها على اتجاهات ومسار عملية السلام. كما قدم الاجتماع إرشادات أولية للتعرف على التدابير المحتملة لتخفيف المعاناة الإنسانية للشعب اليمني، والتدابير الممكنة لتعزيز الثقة بين أطراف النزاع من أجل العودة لاستئناف عملية السلام، وما هي الآليات المتوقعة لتقاسم الموارد السيادية وكيف يمكن إدارة المرحلة الانتقالية بناء على الأحداث والتطورات الأخيرة التي شهدتها اليمن خلال الأشهر القليلة الماضية
July, 2023: The Political Dialogue Support Programme (PDSP) organized the monthly meeting for the Strategic Support Group (SSG) on 15 July, 2023. The meeting was organized under the title: “A reading of developments on the course of the peace process”, as the meeting was allocated for the discussion of developments at the local, regional, and international arena pertaining to Yemen, and how they would impact the directions of the peace operation in Yemen. The main goals and objectives of the meeting were for the SSG members to express their points of views on the latest developments and events taking place in all over Yemen during the recent period and what impact on the direction and the path of the political process. In line with that, the meeting aimed at finding out what the SSG members think are possible measures to ease the humanitarian suffering of citizens, measures to enhance trust among parties to the conflict to return to the peace process, mechanisms to share sovereign resources and to manage the transitional phase. The main outcome of the meeting includes a reading on the latest events and developments taking place in Yemen, from the perspective of the SSG members, and how they affect the directions and the path of the peace process. The meeting also provided initial guidelines in order to find out about what potential measures there are to ease the humanitarian suffering of the people of Yemen, possible measures to enhance trust among the parties to the conflict in order to return to resume the peace process as well as what mechanisms are foreseen for sharing the sovereign resources and how it can be possible to manage the transitional phase based on the recent events and developments taking place in Yemen in past few months.
