أبريل 2024: نظم برنامج دعم الحوار السياسي الاجتماع الشهري لمجموعة مشاورات عدن في 18 أبريل 2024. وقد خصص الاجتماع لمناقشة “التطورات على الساحة السياسية والاقتصادية”. وكان الهدف الرئيسي من الاجتماع هو إجراء مناقشة مفتوحة حول الوضع وأحدث التطورات محليًا وإقليميًا ودوليًا فيما يتعلق باليمن من وجهة نظر الأعضاء. وكان هدف اجتماع شهر أبريل لمجموعة مشاورات عدن مناقشة التأثير السياسي لتشكيل اللجان المتخصصة الدائمة لهيئة التشاور والمصالحة، فضلاً عن تحديد جوانب التعاون بين الهيئة ومجموعة مشاورات عدن. وكان هدف الاجتماع ايضا مناقشة مدى التأثير الاقتصادي لدعوة البنوك التجارية والإسلامية الرئيسية إلى نقل مقارها من صنعاء إلى العاصمة المؤقتة عدن. كما يستعرض الفريق ورقة بعنوان: “تأثير القرارات السياسية الخاطئة على الواقع الاقتصادي وأثرها على المجتمع”.
May, 2024:The Political Dialogue Support Programme (PDSP) organized the monthly meeting of the Aden Consultations Group (AC) on 8 May, 2024. The meeting was held under the title: “The Consultation and Reconciliation Commission (CRC)… between Reality and Challenges.” The scope of the meeting was determined after communication and follow-up with Dr. Nadia Al-Kawkabani, Programs Manager at the Political Development Forum, who stressed that the AC group would be the first to communicate with the CRC considering the acceleration and developments of the political scene in general in the south and in the north. The goals and objectives of the meeting were as follows: The AC group to host Fadel Al-Ja’adi, a member of the “Reconciliation and Transitional Justice” Committee in the CRC in a dialogue forum with the members for an open a public discussion on the tasks and powers of the five (permanent) committees emanating from the CRC. In addition, the AC members to discuss other topics and issues of direct relevance within the framework of the main goal, which is to open horizons for cooperation and joint work between the AC group and the Consultations and Reconciliation Commission.
