نوفمبر 2024: نظم برنامج دعم الحوار السياسي الاجتماع المشترك لمجموعات التشاور الثلاث (مجموعة مشاورات عدن، ومجموعة مشاورات حضرموت، ومجموعة مشاورات تعز) خلال الفترة من 12 إلى 13 نوفمبر 2024 في مدينة عدن. وهدف الاجتماع إلى خلق علاقات شراكة وتعاون، وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب، والتي تعد جزءًا لا يتجزأ من الأسس والمبادئ بين المجموعات الثلاث من خلال تبادل المعلومات ووجهات النظر. وستتاح للمجموعات الثلاث مساحة غير رسمية، تهدف إلى إيصال الرسالة للتحليل المشترك وتحديد الخيارات التي تواجه المجموعات الثلاث كل في المحافظة المعنية. واجتمع أعضاء المجموعات الثلاث تحت سقف واحد للالتقاء بعيدًا عن المواقف السياسية، مؤكدين أن نقل الخبرات والتنوع والاختلاف سيقود بلا شك من خلال النخب السياسية العاملة على حل الوضع الراهن المعقد، والذي يزداد تعقيدًا بسبب غياب الحلول للمشاكل التي تعاني منها المحافظات الثلاث من أطراف الصراع. كان أحد الأهداف اجتماع الأعضاء لمناقشة سبل التعاون فيما بينهم في نطاق العمل الذي يعملون عليه ووضع خطة لعام 2025 يتم فيها تبادل الخبرات بين المدن وتبادل الزيارات مع السياسيين ومسؤولي السلطة المحلية لمناقشة القضايا المهمة التي تواجه كل محافظة بطريقة مماثلة للتأثير الذي تم الشعور به ومناقشته في مدينة عدن. كما تمت مناقشة تأثير مجموعة مشاورات عدن على القضايا على السلطة المحلية والاجتماعات التي تمت مع المسؤولين وأهمية رؤيتهم أيضًا، وضرورة أن تتبع المدن الأخرى رؤى مجموعة مشاورات عدن أو الطريقة التي يتم من خلالها تطوير رؤية مماثلة لكل مجموعة مشاورات. تعرف الأعضاء على بعضهم البعض مباشرةً بعد أن كانوا يتواصلون مع بعضهم البعض فقط من خلال البرنامج ليبنون علاقة جيدة فيما بينهم تدل على تقبل الرأي والرأي الآخر. في تعز، تم تسليط الضوء على أثر المشاورات على مستوى السلطة المحلية في المحافظة، والعمل على متابعة المخرجات المقترحة ميدانيًا، والتي كان لها أثرها على مستوى المحافظة، وعلى مستوى تقديم الخدمات، وكيف استطاعت أن تؤثر بشكل كبير على مستوى الخدمات المقدمة، بالإضافة إلى علاقتها بالمحافظ والمسؤولين في السلطة المحلية بتعز. لقد تم تأسيس مجموعة مشاورات حضرموت في الوقت المناسب وهي تسير حالياً بنقاش جاد ومثمر وتسعى لتحقيق أثر من خلال الوساطات التي أنشئت مؤخراً في حضرموت وتعمل على تحركات سياسية مختلفة ولكنها مهمة وأن القضايا يجب أن تحل عبر الحوار بين مختلف الأطراف والسلطة المحلية وصناع القرار وإلا فإنها ستؤدي إلى نتائج سلبية ومزيد من التدهور في مستوى تقديم الخدمات وأوضاع المواطنين ولكن من المتوقع أن تكون مشاورات حضرموت جزءاً لا يتجزأ من حل المشاكل التي تواجه المحافظة.
November, 2024: The Political Dialogue Support Programme (PDSP) organized the joint meeting of the three consultations groups (Aden Consultations Group, Hadhramout Consultations Group, and Taiz Consultations Group) during 12-13 November, 2024 in Aden City. The meeting was held at Al-Batra Hall, Coral Hotel, Aden City in participation of 53 members of the three groups. The meeting was held in participation of Dr. Nadia Al-Kawkabani, the Programs Manager at the Political Development Forum. The goals and objectives of the meeting were aimed at creating partnership and cooperation relations, and exchanging expertise and experiences, which are an integral part of the foundations and principles between the three groups through the exchange of information and viewpoints.The three groups will have an informal space, aiming to deliver the message for joint analysis and identifying the options facing the three consultation groups each in its respective governorate. The members of the three groups set together under one roof to meet away from political positions, to confirm that transferring experiences, diversity and difference will undoubtedly lead through the political elites working to resolve the current complex situation, which is becoming more complex due to the absence of solutions to the problems suffered in the three governorates from the parties to conflict. One of the goals was for members to meet to discuss ways of cooperation between them in the scope of work they worked on and to develop a plan for the year 2025 in which experiences are exchanged between cities and visits are to be exchanged with politicians and local authority officials to discuss the important issues facing every governorate in a way like the impact that was felt and discussed in the city of Aden. The impact of the Aden Consultations group on the issues were discussed on the local authority and the meetings that took place with officials and the importance of their vision was also discussed in two parts and the necessity for the other cities to follow the AC visions or the method through which a similar vision for each consultations group is developed. The members got to know each other directly after they were hearing about each other only through PDSP, and they are building a good relationship between them that indicates acceptance of opinion and other opinions. In Taiz, the impact of the consultations at the level of local authority in the governorate and work to follow up on the proposed outputs on the ground, which had an impact at the level of the governorate and the impact on the level of services provision and how it was able to greatly affect the level of services provided as well as its relationship with the governor and with officials in the local authority in Taiz. The Hadhramout Consultations Group was established at the appropriate time and it is currently proceeding with a serious and fruitful discussion and striving to achieve an impact through mediations that were established recently in Hadhramout and working on a different but important political movements and that issues must be resolved through dialogue between the various actors and the local authority and decision-makers, otherwise it will lead to negative results and further deterioration in the level of services provision and conditions of citizens, but the Hadhramout consultations expect to be an integral part in solving the problems facing the governorate.
